What You'll Need
- GED or diploma (trade school = bonus)
- Experience running machines or working in production/warehouse (2+ years)
- Mechanical smarts - you know your way around tools and gauges
- Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
- Strength and stamina - lift up to 55 lbs. and stay on your feet
- Team player who shows up, works safely, and gets it done
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smoothly
- Watch for problems, troubleshoot quickly, and keep production on track
- Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
- Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
- Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
- Assist other departments and new associates as needed
