Position: Lead Integration Support Engineer (DataStage & Control-M)

Work Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

NOTE: Only local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

DataStage:

• Analyze job failures on datastage Application & on Unix server.
• Code migrations.
• User creation & assignment of roles.
• Work with IBM Support for tool related issues.
• Unlock jobs/sessions.
• Good understanding of Shell scripts & Python code.

Control-M:

• Take action for failures as needed(kill, force-complete, hold etc..)
• Configure SAP & Unix jobs.
• Calendar updates, Workload policy creations, getting new agents installed & upgrading Control-M agents.
• Work on PagerDuty Configurations.

Gentran:

• Understanding of Maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts.
• Analyze custom Java programs.
• 3. Configure/debug Stored procedures on MS SQL.

Must have skills:

• 8+ years experience with IBM DataStage.
• Good understanding of Unix servers, shell scripts, Cron jobs & Relational databases.
• Working experience in Python Programming.
• Creating and debugging shell scripts.
• Good understanding of snowflake platform.
