Exemplary customer service skills (verbal and written)
Onsite (not hybrid or remote) at Sotheby's Corporate Headquarters between 9 and 5:30pm with some local travel
Works well independently as well as in a team setting
Flexible and able to readjust due to changing priorities in an Executive environment
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritize effectively
Good time and task management skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Mobile device computing skills
Basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting and support
Microsoft 365 knowledge
ServiceNow and Ivanti experience a plus
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
Experience working with processes and procedures in a large organization preferable
Re-images computers, performs data migrations and restorations
Proficient Windows and Mac troubleshooting and support
Conducts remote problem solving as needed
Growth mindset
Able to lift 50 lbs. unaided
