Job Description:
- Rack and stack servers, routers, switches, and other hardware
- Cable management plugging/unplugging network or power cables
- Hardware replacement including hard drives, memory, and power supplies
- Visual inspection of hardware for LED indicators or error messages
- Rebooting servers or networking devices as per client instructions
- Escorting vendors/personnel in secure data center areas
- Inventory management of data center hardware and components
- Remote troubleshooting support in collaboration with offsite teams
