Job Title: Smart Hands Support Technician

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

Job Description:

  • Rack and stack servers, routers, switches, and other hardware
  • Cable management plugging/unplugging network or power cables
  • Hardware replacement including hard drives, memory, and power supplies
  • Visual inspection of hardware for LED indicators or error messages
  • Rebooting servers or networking devices as per client instructions
  • Escorting vendors/personnel in secure data center areas
  • Inventory management of data center hardware and components
  • Remote troubleshooting support in collaboration with offsite teams
