We are looking for an experienced PMS Mobile Key Technical SME to join our team for a remote, long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic key systems and their integration with Property Management Systems (PMS), specifically within the hospitality industry.

< data-start="611" data-end="642">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Install and configure lock servers and gateways (experience with Onity, Saflok, Ving is a plus)

  • Set up and troubleshoot key encoders and ensure proper integration with lock systems

  • Diagnose and resolve issues in serial and IP-based cable connections

  • Analyze and interpret electronic lock logs for error resolution

  • Support parking system interfaces integrated with lock systems

  • Provide expertise in integrating lock systems with PMS platforms

  • Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and collaborate with internal teams

  • Maintain high coordination and communication standards with stakeholders

  • Strong experience in lock system installation and troubleshooting

  • Proficient with key encoder configuration

  • Deep PMS domain knowledge, particularly in hospitality

  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware connectivity (serial/IP)

  • Familiarity with electronic lock error codes and system logs

  • Understanding of parking interface integration

  • Strong communication, coordination, and remote support capabilities
