This role will be onsite 5 days a week

Manager is able to inv ASAP.
The Business Analyst role will support the launch and optimization of the CLIENT Debit co-brand card product, working on the development of tools, metrics, and dashboards to understand the product performance, identify issues, and develop optimization strategies to grow the usage and performance of this new debit card product.
In this role, the Business Analyst will:
- Work directly with the Product Management team to build the reporting tools, dashboards, and infrastructure to support the analysis and monitoring of the debit product
- Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance and usage
- Analyze and manage payment transaction data
- Uncover insights on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention trends
- Recommend and prioritize strategies to address performance gaps or potential areas of opportunity to drive adoption and usage
- Support development and execution of product enhancement roadmap for this product
- Partner cross-functionally with various product, marketing, sales, operations, and issuer stakeholders on projects and initiatives
- Bring industry best practices and insights to contribute to the debit card product roadmap
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to recommend opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Required skills:
- 2+ years experience within the card or payments industry
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python a plus.
- Strong understanding of the payments industry, including debit card products, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
