Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain OneStream applications, including cubes, metadata, workflows, dashboards, forms, data integrations, transformation rules, and financial consolidations.
Write and optimize complex business rules (XFBRs), cube views, transformation logic, and data reconciliation processes.
Integrate financial data from ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) into OneStream via ETL or API-based methods.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) identify and resolve issues in development and production environments.
Ensure governance and compliance with internal controls, audit protocols, and IT change management practices.
Document technical design, including metadata structures, transformation logic, workflows, dashboards, and deployment instructions.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos.
Support senior management with periodic status updates and provide training or knowledge-sharing sessions to finance teams or junior developers.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream Financial CPM/EPM toolset, with full lifecycle development experience (preferred but 1 2 yrs applicable if highly skilled).
Strong background in financial services or banking, particularly in FP&A, financial consolidation, planning, and forecasting.
Expertise in VB.NET, C#, SQL, and familiarity with XFBRs, business rules, cube views, hierarchies, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
Experience in data reconciliation, transformation rules, metadata building, and automation using OneStream.
Exposure to Hyperion/Essbase or similar EPM platforms and ERP data sources is a significant plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with both technical and finance stakeholders.
Comfortable working within Agile frameworks, collaborating cross-functionally in dynamic sprint cycles.
