We're looking for someone like you to help our customers meet their mission by providing technical and solution leadership.

As a Digital Solution business driver, you'll e nga ge with DoD and Air Force customers, the Acquisition community, and program managers to drive digital solutions in the areas of Cloud, Solutions and AI, opportunities, lead solution development, and guide through capture and execution. You will work closely with commer cia l solutions providers to drive collaboration and integration. Additionally, you will serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams, commer cia l tech partners and Air Force account stakeholders to ensure solutions maximize both technical and business objectives.

Additionally, as a leader on our team, you'll oversee a technical team and work closely with the client and other contractors to rapidly onboard, develop, and deploy operational capabilities to keep pace with ever-changing mission needs. You'll be responsible for managing the effort's schedule, cost, performance, and staffing for the duration of the contract. You'll move quickly into an exciting and fast-paced environment to lead the strategic roadmap for top opportunities, develop solutions and partnership for the opportunities, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience driving digital solution business development in the areas of Cloud and Sof tware Solutions
• 6+ years of experience with IT program management
• 5+ years of experience in working with stakeholders of varying technical understanding to interpret business and architecture needs and execute the translation into a tech strategy and solution for business capture
• 5+ years of experience with cloud, including cloud development, migrations, upgrades, maintenance, and optimization
• 5+ years of experience within the DoD landscape
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Cloud, Sof tware Architecture, or AI certification

Nice If You Have:

• 4+ years of experience working with pre-sales engineering teams, setting finan cia l targets, and executing business to business or business to customer Cloud and Sof tware managed service deliveries
• 4+ years of experience working in relevant use case domains, such as USG efficiencies, autonomous systems, defense, aerospace, or intelligence
• 3+ years of experience in the Air Force business landscape
• Experience with Multi Cloud platform and services
• Experience with LowCode-NoCode ( LCNC ) solutions
• Experience leading business case analyses, technology evaluations, and investments
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
