Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in migration planning, execution, and support for Windows and Linux servers.
- Perform OS-level configuration, application deployment, and release tasks across environments.
- Work with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to manage incident, change, and service requests.
- Maintain and update system documentation, runbooks, and configuration inventories.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation of routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and SSH.
- Perform pre- and post-migration system validation, troubleshooting, and rollback handling.
- Collaborate with network, application, and cloud teams to ensure smooth server transitions.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and governance policies during migrations.
