IT Infrastructure Technician

Kavaliro is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to support a client in Longwood, FL.

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Technician, Systems Administrator, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment, focusing on cloud methodology (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.).
• Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux), cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), and familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and remote support tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certification. Certifications such as Azure Administrator and/or AWS SysOps Administrator are a plus.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, and understanding of key information security concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
