What You'll Do
- Drive Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the customer onboarding funnel and improve key product metrics.
- Derive Actionable Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, user pain points, and growth opportunities within the product experience.
- Create Compelling Visualizations: Build and maintain insightful and intuitive dashboards and reports in Tableau to track product performance and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Build Analytical Pipelines: Develop and maintain analytical data pipelines using SQL and tools within our AWS and Databricks environment to ensure data is accessible and analysis-ready.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as a data expert and strategic partner to the product team, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
- Tell the Story with Data: Present your findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Analytics Experience: 7+ years of experience in a data analyst or product analyst role, with a focus on product analytics, experimentation, and user behavior.
- Strong Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Extensive hands-on experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Experience working with cloud data environments like AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena) and Databricks.
- Experience building and maintaining analytical data pipelines.
- Expertise in Experimentation: Deep understanding of statistical principles and practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
- Analytical & Critical Thinker: A strong ability to approach ambiguous problems with curiosity and rigor, using data to drive towards a solution.
- Communicator: Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analytical concepts into clear and concise insights.
Fintech Passion (Bonus): Previous experience in the fintech industry or working on financial products is a significant plus.
