Job Overview:
The successful candidate will join a team of 6 to 10 developers working in the customer service space to deliver new omnichannel functionality to both customers and contact center agents. This role involves a blend of Twilio, Azure, and on-premise custom code among various technologies. The candidate will need to understand or learn the accompanying business logic to interpret requirements and deliver production-worthy APIs that will serve as the backbone of the omnichannel customer experience.

Daily responsibilities include attending daily SCRUM meetings, completing user story tasks involving design, data extraction, transformation, integration, and testing. The candidate will also demo their completed user stories for the business during biweekly demos. The role requires the ability to handle ambiguous requirements and make progress in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop full-stack applications with a focus on delivering omnichannel functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members and business counterparts to find optimal solutions.
  • Interpret requirements and deliver production-ready APIs.
  • Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and biweekly demos.
  • Design, extract, transform, integrate, and test data as part of user story tasks.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
  • Ensure adherence to SOLID design principles and secure coding practices.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on full-stack application development experience.
  • Proficiency in .Net Core, Entity Framework Core, and WEB API/RESTful services.
  • Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular Material.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Hub, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Data Lake Store, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Build CI/CD Pipelines).
  • Strong SQL Server skills, including SQL tuning, indexing, and query cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Postman, SoapUI, and Fiddler.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile (scrum) environment.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Twilio/Twilio Flex.
  • Prior experience with public-facing websites for utility companies.
  • Knowledge of Azure CLI/PowerShell.
  • Experience with Oracle databases.

Pay Range: $85 - $90

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
