DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1) Experience in accessing software and organizational requirements to propose
recommendations.
2) Experience in requirement gathering and converting general business terminology into specification document.
3) Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders in the
project.
4) Good understanding of IT Asset management and ITIL processes for best practices
5) Experience with IT asset management workflow design and ability to prepare
process flow diagrams, job aids and documentation.
6) Experience in software quality assurance, including testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking.
7) Good understanding of relational database and data driven software design.
8) Experience in data analysis and report creation.
9) Knowledge of BMC Remedy, IBM Maximo and IT Asset Management is preferable.
