Job Title: Workday Developer
Location: Remote
Position Type: Contract (3 months)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Developer to support the integration of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing tools with Workday. This role involves modifying existing workflows, optimizing processes, and contributing to the build-out of application interfaces. The organization implemented Workday approximately 18 months ago and is now focused on enhancing connectivity with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and external Procurement/Strategic Sourcing tools.
- Modify and optimize existing Workday workflows to support evolving business needs.
- Apply Workday best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Workday Developer, with hands-on integration and workflow development.
- Strong understanding of Workday Best Practices and process optimization.
- Experience with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing modules within Workday.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage deliverables within tight timelines.
Interview Process:
- Two rounds of interviews.
