Job Title: QA Manager - Automation & Healthcare Domain
Location: Remote
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned QA Manager with 10+ years of experience in test automation and quality leadership, especially within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Selenium with Java, Playwright, and experience leading large QA teams while managing stakeholder communication, SLA reports, and delivery excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a large team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
  • Oversee test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java and Playwright.
  • Define and maintain QA processes and best practices, tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Manage QA activities across Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and environments.
  • Handle SLA reporting, quality metrics, and test documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and client teams to align on expectations and priorities.
  • Drive the use of tools such as Power BI for test and performance dashboards.
  • Proactively manage people performance, career progression, and team motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare quality and security standards.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of QA/Automation experience with healthcare domain expertise.
  • Proficiency in Selenium (Java), Playwright, and test automation best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large QA teams, managing workloads and deliverables.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Skilled in client communication, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
  • Experience in SLA compliance and reporting governance.
  • Excellent people management and team-building capabilities.
