Salesforce Technical Lead

Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce—particularly Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel—along with strong leadership capabilities to mentor developers and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Design and implement solutions using a combination of declarative tools, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems.
  • Develop and maintain robust data integration strategies to ensure seamless synchronization between Salesforce and external platforms.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and proactively recommend enhancements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to support iterative development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, development methodologies, and implementation strategies.
  • Partner with business analysts, project managers, and system administrators to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, support testing and deployment activities, and ensure application stability and performance.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce development projects, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).
