10 to 14 years

Need react JS lead with Python + AWS knowledge

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Requirements and Skills

Should understand and be part of designing the software.
Should have very good aptitude and problem solving skills.
Should have hands on experience in Java and Python.
Should have hands on experience on AWS.
Hands on with SQL and databases.
Hands on frontend development skills HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, React.js.
Should have very good communication skills.
Supervise the testing of application and ensure that all the bugs are fixed.
Develop technical documentation for the application.
