Remote Role
Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in process modeling and business process management
o Preferred experience in ITSM Transformation projects
o Proven track record documenting and designing IT processes in environments with limited formal process documentation
o Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL 4) and tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy, etc.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in process modeling tools (Signavio, Visio, ARIS, etc.) and notation standards (e.g. BPMN)
o Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
o Familiarity with ITSM platform and automation opportunities a plus
o Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders, make them feel heard, and drive consensus
o Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambiguity, as the organization transitions to a process-led model
o Strong organizational skills to manage multiple process streams and deliver high-quality documentation on time.
Education:
o Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. ITL 4, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Current state documentation:
o Engage with process owners / managers, IT operational teams, and stakeholders to map and document existing IT processes (asset lifecycle, incident, change, request, etc) using industry-standard notation (BPMN)
o Identify undocumented or informal processes through interviews, workshops and question / answer sessions
o Capture process pain points, inefficiencies, and gaps in consistency or control
Future State Design:
o Collaborate with process owners / managers and across the Process Governance function to design streamlined, standardized future-sate processes aligned with ITIL best practices
o Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, enable automation, and adherence to controls
o Develop process models, workflows, and documentation that are clear, scalable, connectable to one another and in line with our process architecture standards
Stakeholder Engagement
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate current-state findings and gain buy-in for future state designs
o Translate complex technical processes into accessible documentation for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
Documentation
o Create high-quality process documentation, including process maps and workflows to serve as a foundation for governance and training
