Job Title: Salesforce Architect - Financial Services Cloud (Wealth, Distribution & Insurance)
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry. This role requires deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with a strong understanding of wealth management, sales distribution, and insurance business models. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on technologist, and effective collaborator who can bridge business needs with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, tailored to wealth management, insurance, and distribution channels.
Lead the Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, compliance, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Design and optimize client lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, relationship management, policy servicing, and advisor enablement.
Integrate Salesforce with core financial systems, data platforms, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
Ensure platform security, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Client, SEC, NAIC).
Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively recommending enhancements.
