SAP IS-U Pre-Sales Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP IS-U Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX. This client-facing role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology especially in the utilities sector. You will lead strategic pre-sales engagements, design tailored SAP IS-U solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives powered by S/4HANA.

• Lead pre-sales efforts for utility clients, including discovery sessions and solution presentations.

• Design and propose SAP IS-U solutions in key functional areas such as:

  • Billing

  • FICA (Contract Accounting)

  • Device Management

  • CRM

  • EDM (Energy Data Management)

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs, create solution architecture, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Deliver impactful and tailored SAP IS-U demos.

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on their S/4HANA Utilities transformation journey.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP IS-U in pre-sales or solution architect roles.

• Deep expertise in SAP modules relevant to the Utilities industry.

• Proven ability to engage clients, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.

• S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.
