Job Title: Data Center Technician
Location: Memphis, TN (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Data Center Technician or Desktop Support Specialist to support our onsite IT operations in Memphis. The ideal candidate will be experienced with hardware installations, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Responsibilities:

·       Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and peripherals

·       Perform routine hardware checks and resolve equipment issues

·       Support local users with hardware/software problems

·       Maintain inventory and follow ESD and data center safety protocols


Requirements:

·       2+ years in a technical support or data center role

·       Strong knowledge of hardware components and Windows OS

·       Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

·       Ability to lift and move hardware as needed
