RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking for a Solution Analyst in south Florida (FL) area.
Summary:
The Solutions Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting key spend areas such as IT, Food and Beverage, Hotel, Medical, Entertainment, and Retail across 10 global brands. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into diverse spend categories and sourcing markets.
This position is responsible for enabling the efficient operation of the Supply Chain application databases. This includes managing product descriptions, user setups, and ensuring accurate financial postings for warehouse locations. Coordinate with application providers for necessary fixes, patches, and updates to ensure smooth operation of the Supply Chain application.
The position will be responsible for the following areas:
* Maintains Supply Chain application database for shoreside operations (Crunchtime)
* Communicates and resolves with Supply Chain support group any system problems and issues
* Works with IT and Supply Chain team to identify and research discrepancies and potential solutions
* Coordinates with PC IT and application provider the implementation of required minor fixes, patches, and updates for system
* Oversees processes and data of inventory transaction processing of company owned materials and maintained in system
* Generates and enters data correctly to update and maintain applications, files, records, reports, and forms
* Assist with testing system process improvements in compliance with department policy
* Reviews application functionality and work process flows to propose and develop innovations
* Engages in any other projects that may be assigned by Management
* Continuous data analysis for data integrity and alignment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2-3 years in application support and database management with experience administrating Crunchtime (Inventory Management) for food and beverage procurement; Familiarity with SOX compliance and risk management practice preferred but not required
* Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer skills
* Proficiency in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of Excel, SQL systems, Oracle EBS, and network systems
* Minimum intermediate experience with Crunchtime application
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Familiar with writing SQL queries in Oracle as well as SQL Server databases
* Experience with Agile development (scrum, etc.)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint
* Well organized and can prioritize multiple requests simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
