Role: Celonis Process Analyst/Data Engineer
Location: New York (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Certifications: Celonis Certification Preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst SME with a strong background in Celonis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process mining, data analysis, and Celonis implementations. You will play a key role in delivering actionable insights by transforming raw data into meaningful process intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to Celonis implementation projects as a Process Analyst or Data Engineer.
  • Analyze real-time business cases using process mining techniques and tools.
  • Translate business process data into impactful dashboards and insights within the Celonis platform.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align technical solutions accordingly.
  • Leverage SQL and/or Python for data transformation and process optimization.
  • Design and develop execution-oriented solutions in Celonis to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 4 7 years of overall experience, with at least 2 3 years of hands-on experience working on Celonis projects.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data mining, big data concepts, and process mining methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and transforming them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working in customer-facing roles and delivering business value.
