IT Program Manager (Model N / Revenue Management) || Remote

Introduction:

The IT Program Manager with Model N experience in Revenue Management will lead and deliver desired capabilities for complex and strategic development initiatives. This role involves managing cross-functional program plans, mitigating risks, and driving the maturity of program and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-functional program plans to deliver expected business results
  • Work with stakeholders to understand required business results
  • Manage programs according to defined baselines and plans to achieve business results
  • Responsible for critical development aspects of a program including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success
  • Utilize best practices in program execution
  • Identify training and development needs for program management staff
  • Develop and improve templates, standards, and best practices for the PMO
  • Manage internal resources and key program resources effectively
  • Participate in supplier selection and contract negotiation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program and project management
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in technology program/project management
  • 2-4 years of experience in executing projects as a Scrum Master or similar role
  • Proven capabilities in developing strong program/project management teams
  • Experience in budgeting, financial projections, and tracking program costs
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Excellent stakeholder and internal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills
  • Proficient in English communication

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
  • CSM Scrum Certification
  • SAFE Certification
  • Experience in ERP/Financials implementations
  • Experience in managing Senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of technical areas like Infrastructure, Security, Application development
