Citibank, N.A. seeks an Application Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.
Duties: Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities including design, development, testing, and the implementation of software applications, components, and modules. Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps for all components, influencing change through multiple organizations to accomplish objectives. Verify financial data to enable the Bank to report liquidity status (FR2052a) to Federal Reserve and in achieving compliance for business operations. Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of data in complicated and unique situations. Document technical specifications by conducting feasibility analyses and develop technical solutions for data modeling and ETL data flow. Drive the enhancements of application functionality to meet growing needs of Global Financial Technology Organization. Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions including GFT technology strategy leaders as well as communicate with external parties as necessary. Develop validation processes, data management solutions and data warehousing initiatives using data transformation technology for Treasury and Liquidity Reporting applications. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Provide Subject Matter Expertise support to team members and end users. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications or a related field, and nine (9) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related IT occupation developing applications within the IT industry. Nine (9) years of experience, must include: Utilizing solution design and implementation; Using Ab Initio or Informatica tools; Utilizing Unix Scripts, SQL/PLSQL and JAVA; Developing Proof-of-Concept solutions; Coding and unit testing; Resolving IT issues; and Utilizing Data Modelling.
