Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ / Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS, along with expertise in Terraform and modern programming languages.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and manage secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows and DevOps tools.
- Apply security best practices in software development and cloud-native environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and optimize networking, IAM policies, and security controls to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all stages of development and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, and security practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS, including infrastructure automation using Terraform and Bicep.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, secure software development practices, and at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java).
