Job Details

Immediate need for a talented Software Engineer in Test. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Westlake, TX (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $66/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:Playwright or Cypress
  • Rest Assured, AWS (Azure and Google Cloud Platform experience could work but preference is AWS).
  • Experience in test automation (Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, XCUITest, Test NG, Maven)
  • Experience with DevOps/Pipelines (Jenkins Core, LWC, Monorepo, etc.)
  • Experience with source control (GitHub, Stash (Bitbucket),Source tree)
  • Cloud experience preferred - Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Top skills needed: Front end, Playwright, Xray, chaos, Splunk, Datadog, node.js, Java, Java Script, SQL, Jenkins core
  • Knowledge of mobile landscape, architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture), trends and new technologies used in crafting performant and resilient native iOS and Android Apps.
  • Good understanding of accessibility features and building and testing accessible experiences on Web, iOS, and Android
  • Focus on the deployment automation and orchestration
  • Assist with code branches, merges, builds pipelines, manage versioning etc.
  • Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote proper software engineering, and bug prevention strategies, testability, and security
  • Actively participate in the development process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests
  • Collaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity and production health
