- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Oracle Manufacturing and Costing module, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management methodologies.
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP Experience with at least one full Oracle Cloud implementation including Manufacturing, Maintenance and Costing module.
- Proven track record in leading successful Oracle Manufacturing and Costing implementations and delivering high-quality consulting services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify manufacturing inefficiencies and recommend effective cost-saving strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering exceptional results within strict deadlines.
- Certification in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and Cost Management Cloud is highly desirable.
