Job Details

Required Experience 10+ years of total experience with a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field. Preferably 3+ years of experience administering Blackline application as a system admin.Experience with technical accounting systems and related solutions specifically Blackline. Demonstrate strong expertise and knowledge of product management, software development, and financial processes and solutions. Strong financial, analytical and systems acumen. Strong capability and affinity for innovative problem-solving. Willing to learn and dedicated to continuous improvement. Proficiency in Intermediate/Advanced Excel, VBA knowledge a plus. Ability to interact with IT and various functions, as well as with various levels of management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities.We are hiring a Blackline - Technical Product Lead who will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing will the Blackline application. This role will encompass user account and role management, system maintenance and customization, report creation, workflow optimization, issue troubleshooting as well as user training support and implementation support across ongoing Blackline. In addition, you will actively support projects aimed at process streamlining and automation, along with enhancing and integrating Blackline modules. This role will report to the Director - Product Strategy with close alignment to the Finance and Enterprise Technology teams. The ideal candidate for this role is one who can bridge between technology and business requirements playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless successful implementation of key technology initiatives. We are looking for a leader with experience in executing strategic technology-enabled programs and a deep understanding of technology and data architecture, technology strategy, program management and cross-functional program integration. This leader would have the opportunity to join a fast-growing organization that is leveraging technology and digital capabilities to transform insurance and risk management solutions. The ideal leader will be a self-starter with a strong servant-leader mentality who seeks to understand stakeholder needs and work collaboratively across the enterprise to proactively meet those needs.We are looking for someone with following competencies. Application administration: User and role management, system maintenance and configuration, report creation, workflow optimization, and user training and support. Process improvement: Supporting projects aimed at process streamlining and automation, along with enhancing and integrating Blackline modules. Integration: Understanding the integration between Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP), Blackline and other transactional systems (e.g. EPIC Broker management system).
