Job Details
- Work on of large-scale applications, network architectures, monitoring, and fault management and design solution in Network Monitoring at enterprise level.
- Document new system components and enterprise network and application monitoring requirements to existing components.
- Work on tools and platforms like Network & APM monitoring
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to internal customers
- Recommend, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures for supported systems for Network and systems
- Monitoring and Oversee the design and implementation of system and product solutions
- Work on Cisco Routing and Switching, Bluecoat proxy, F5 Load balancers, Infoblox, Genesys Voice equipment. Work on Cisco network devices (Cisco ACI) and configuration of Netflow and sFLow.
- Conduct engineering and technical research and make recommendations on proposed solutions, anticipates and adjusts for potential problems, Engineering Support.
- Participate in technology research, deployment, and configuration of new and modified systems for on-premises and in the cloud.
- Monitor Azure environment and work on SNMPv3, v2c configuration and trap.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards for information security, mentor less experienced staff.
- Analyzes and make recommendations regarding performance, scalability, and availability metrics.
- Use Scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Linux/Unix shell scripting, and python.
