IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead projects of varying complexity within our Digital Next portfolio. This role drives successful delivery through strong planning, execution, and collaboration while operating in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage project deliverables, milestones, and timelines

  • Define project scope with stakeholders and manage change control processes

  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage backlogs, sprints, and ceremonies

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and promote collaboration

  • Execute project communications to keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and retrospectives

  • Track budgets, forecasts, and financial variances

  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans

  • Own projects end-to-end, from initiation through closure

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years managing IT projects

  • Proven experience translating business strategy into project plans

  • Strong Agile project management experience

  • Experience delivering projects involving cloud technologies

  • Proficiency with MS Project; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • PMP or other recognized project management certification

  • Experience with change management or Lean Six Sigma

  • Familiarity with PPM tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Clarity, Targetprocess, MS Project Online)

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

  • Exposure to Continuous Discovery and Delivery practices

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance)
