Salary $150K Base+Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Program Manger with strong background in Financial Systems, Capital Markets, or Accounting Systems. You'll lead large-scale programs under the Americas PMO (APMO) framework, ensuring delivery on time and in alignment with business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project execution - from planning through delivery - driving strategic initiatives and technology adoption.

  • Partner across business, finance, and tech teams to align goals and deliver results.

  • Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting (RAID, JIRA, etc.).

  • Oversee UAT, issue resolution, and business sign-offs.

  • Communicate updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Supervise project resources (including vendors) and support team growth and development.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs in a major financial institution.

  • Strong understanding of finance, risk, operations, and data processes.

  • Familiarity with Loans, Derivatives, Securities, and Repo Agreements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands-on knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Experience with regulatory or compliance-related initiatives is a plus.
