Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented React Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team in Addison, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React.js, modern front-end technologies, and experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features using React.js

  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products

  • Debug and resolve front-end issues and bugs in a timely manner

  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings to ensure best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in front-end development

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

  • Experience with React Hooks, Redux, or other state management tools

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)

  • Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS

  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TypeScript

  • Familiarity with Next.js or React Native

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
