Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze comprehensive information from clients and payers to inform negotiation strategies.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in contract documentation and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate on negotiation strategies and execute them effectively with payers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with payers to ensure overall account success.
- Develop and maintain reports on contract statuses and negotiations.
- Provide administrative support for client and payer-related projects, enhancing process efficiency.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3+ years in contract negotiation.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle limited or ambiguous information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet-based research tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with managed care organizations, hospital systems, or physician group contracting.
- High degree of comfort in delivering presentations to various groups.
