Job Description
Seeking a product leader with deep expertise in AdTech, MarTech, and data strategy to drive innovation across paid media and consumer engagement. This role focuses on building scalable, privacy-compliant solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, optimize media spend, and improve customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will define and execute a strategic roadmap for advertising and marketing technologies, integrating data instrumentation, attribution models, and personalization capabilities.

This role focuses on building scalable, privacy-compliant solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, optimize media spend, and improve customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will define and execute a strategic roadmap for advertising and marketing technologies, integrating data instrumentation, attribution models, and personalization capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or data platforms
- Proven success optimizing advertising products in streaming or digital media environments
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and measurement frameworks
- Experience with Agile product development
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and compliance tools (OneTrust, Oval Edge)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Freewheel, Kochava, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, LiveRamp
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impact
- Bonus: 3-5 years in streaming-focused product roles, especially around content discovery and personalization
- BGin connected TV, streaming media, or digital video advertising
- Experience with CDPs, clean rooms, and identity resolution platforms
