Job Title: Windchill System Administrator

- 7+ years of experience
- System Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of PTC Windchill environments, including rehosting, clustering, and vault/replica setup.
- Administration & Support: Manage the Windchill system and business administration tasks, including user management, access control, performance tuning, and L1/L2 support for production systems.
- Workflow & Lifecycle Management: Design, configure, and troubleshoot workflows, lifecycles, and business processes to align with enterprise PLM requirements.
- Integration & Middleware Expertise: Ensure seamless integration of Windchill with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, MES, and CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA), including support for Windchill Workgroup Manager.
- DevOps & Automation: Support CI/CD pipelines, automate rehost/clone processes, and utilize tools like Xconf, shell scripting, and IDEs (e.g., Eclipse) for configuration and debugging.
