We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant SuccessFactors Core HR to lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions for a key client in Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central).
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configurations.
Configure EC foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
Ensure proper integration with payroll, benefits, and other downstream systems.
Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and support UAT phases.
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business users.
Collaborate with technical teams for interface development and enhancements.
Required Skills:
12 15 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central).
Strong understanding of data models, workflows, business rules, and event derivation.
Prior experience in at least 2 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
