Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant SuccessFactors Core HR to lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions for a key client in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central).

  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configurations.

  • Configure EC foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and security roles.

  • Ensure proper integration with payroll, benefits, and other downstream systems.

  • Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and support UAT phases.

  • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business users.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for interface development and enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • 12 15 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central).

  • Strong understanding of data models, workflows, business rules, and event derivation.

  • Prior experience in at least 2 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
