Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in software development and enterprise-level product leadership
- Strong proficiency with Java and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring or similar
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, and scalable systems
- Understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading project teams
- Background in insurance, financial services, or large enterprise systems is a plus
