Job Details

Job Description:

  • Exceptional communicator and project manager required to support Legal department in implementation of corporate contract lifecycle management ("CLM") system.
  • Requires 7+ years of experience managing system implementation projects (including CLMs) and overseeing operational change management.
  • Must be able to translate operational business processes into system requirements, system implementation success factors, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience leading small to medium teams a plus.

Technology Requirements:

  • Experience with ERPs and CLMs (contract lifecycle management) projects, advanced skills with project management tools (Jira, MSFT Project) to keep all details on track, intermediate skills with MSFT Office suite.
  • Project systems (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
  • Workflow tools (Vizio, Lucid chart)
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems

Daily Tasks:

  • Attending project workshops to discuss and advocate for Legal department's requirements.
  • Meeting with Legal SMEs to discuss project status and action items.
  • Creating and/or reviewing project artifacts.
  • Reviewing and documenting project status.
  • Preparing for and facilitating project meetings.
  • Drafting project artifacts like requirements, workflows, user stories, test scripts.
  • Scheduling meetings in Outlook.

Preferred background/prior Work Experience:

  • 7+ years experience project managing large system implementations and/or changes. Experience working deeply with business users and translating their needs into requirements, success outcomes and user acceptance testing cases.
  • Experience implementing CLMs.
  • Long-time project manager.
  • Experience with Legal a plus.
