Job Description:
· Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions
· Configure FSM modules to support preventive maintenance and calibration processes
· Develop and maintain workflows, data models, and reports ensuring compliance standards
· Build and optimize mobile workflows for field technicians and service teams
· Migrate legacy field service systems and data into ServiceNow FSM
· Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams for solution delivery
· Ensure FSM solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with ITIL/ITSM best practices
· Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning and retrospectives
· Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training
· Support continuous improvement and post-implementation enhancements
