Join our innovative team as a Software Development Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of AI technology, enhancing the quality of AI-generated code. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze code responses generated by AI models across various programming languages.
  • Select optimal code solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and client needs.
  • Create coding demonstrations to set benchmarks for AI-generated code quality.
  • Provide detailed feedback to improve AI models' coding capabilities.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest software engineering and AI developments.

Skills

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Over three years of experience in software development with multiple programming languages.
  • Proven ability to assess code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills under complex situations.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
  • Experience in technical writing and creating coding examples.
  • Proficiency in tools like Git, Docker, and cloud services.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI systems, particularly in code generation.
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts relevant to NLP and code generation.
  • Data analysis skills for evaluating model performance.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel for data handling and analysis.
