Senior Project Manager

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing modeXXly complex IT/software development projects.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow implementations including ticketing systems, incident management, and service request management.
• Advanced understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and PMO standards.
• Experience as a Project Lead or Project Candidateager within a PMO environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and responsibilities.
• Advanced PM knowledge and technical competence.

Experience:

• Candidateaging IT projects between $100,000 and $5,000,000 in value.
• Defining and documenting project requirements and maintaining detailed schedules.
• Conducting project kick-off meetings and phase gate reviews.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, tracking project issues, and delivering regular status updates.
• Managing cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Maintain tools and provide training for effective team performance.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor critical milestones and implement necessary adjustments.
• Communicate project progress clearly to leadership and sponsors.
• Assess project performance and manage changes as necessary.

Should Have:

• Ability to creatively solve complex project challenges.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Anaplan, or similar project management tools.
