Workday Financials Consultant

We are seeking Workday Finance Experts for several roles. Both roles are fully remote with 25% travel.

Financial Sr. Consultant: As a Financial Sr. Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver on projects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, serve clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the Financial workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated. In addition to your client-facing role, every Sr. Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute to projects internally.

Financial Architect: As a Financial Architect, you will lead the FINS workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants, and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. You will work closely with all other consultants within the Financial workstream, as well as managing cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system. In addition to your client facing role, every Manager plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.
