Great opportunity for a Succes Factors Expert with focus on-

  • Employee Central
  • Employee Central Payroll &
  • Recruiting
  • Someone who has implemented SuccessFactors for large clients. Can look at design documents and compare it with system configuration or configure system themselves
  • This person will need to lead requirement gathering sessions, do fit/ gap analysis and assess if something can be configured in SuccessFactors or if it will need customization
  • Deep expertise in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Recruiting modules of Payroll
  • Should be able to critically assess data quality that is present in the system or is needed to optimally operate a system
  • Should be able to assess interfaces with financial, timekeeping or other systems to identify challenges/ gaps and opportunities
