AI Engineer or AI Architect

Role: AI Engineer & AI Architects

Location: United States or Canada

Remote but they may need to go onsite occasional expenses will be paid

AI Engineer JD:

- 2-5yrs of overall experience in IT

- Good experience in Insurance (Life/P&C/Retirements)

- Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

- Hands-on experience in GenAI technologies and building & deploying AI/GenAI solutions

- Good understanding of ML/NLP concepts, AI/GenAI techniques like RAG, Multimodal data processing, Agentic AI etc.

- Courses/Certification on AI/GenAI technologies is preferred.

- Experience with Customer presentations/Interactions
Strong leadership and strategic vision for AI implementation in large-scale enterprises.

AI Architect JD:

- 5 10+ years in AI/ML Software, 3 5+ years in solution/enterprise architecture.
- Track record designing production RAG/chatbot/document AI systems at enterprise scale.
- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, vector search, agentic workflows, and cloud-native patterns.
- Strong with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent stakeholder communication; ability to translate business needs into technical blueprints.

- Experience in insurance (FNOL, claims adjudication, underwriting, billing, policy servicing, agent portals, etc.) will be preferred.
- Multi-cloud cost/latency tradeoff expertise; benchmarking and capacity planning.
