Role: Sr DevsecOps Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long-term
Job Description:
- 10+ Years of overall IT Experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins (freestyle and scripted/declarative pipelines).
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Groovy, or Python.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Integrating Jenkins with version control systems.
- Managing Jenkins plugins and troubleshooting job failures.
- Embedding security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and container image scanning.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes security practices.
- Effective communication and documentation practices.
- Experience with SUSE Linux, Windows, or RedHat.
Preferred Skills:
- Automating security scans (static/dynamic) in the build pipeline.
- Hands on with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Working experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Working experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Working experience with GitLab.
- Working experience with JFrog.
- Experience with Secrets Management tools (Hashi Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or CyberArk).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and security checks using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
