Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with experience in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate has prior experience at Walmart, contributing to high-availability systems and large-scale distributed applications. You will play a key role in building reliable, secure, and scalable solutions to support business operations and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications in a microservices environment.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Implement best practices for coding, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and performance optimization.
Leverage experience from Walmart to solve large-scale system design challenges, focusing on retail, supply chain, e-commerce, and customer engagement platforms.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications, ensuring high availability and low latency.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and drive technical decisions.
Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and systems for knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to handle high-scale enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working at Walmart or another large-scale retail/e-commerce enterprise.
Experience with big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
Exposure to supply chain systems, payment gateways, or customer analytics platforms.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile development environments.
