Job Description:
System Software Programmer - Project Lead (Hybrid, SC Residents Only)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Extension Possibility: Yes

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Candidate Requirement: Must be a current South Carolina resident (no relocation allowed)

Interview Process: 1 virtual round

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and modify VB/ASP.NET and C# code
  • Work with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale .NET systems
  • 8+ years of experience with data-driven applications using relational databases
  • 8+ years of experience building Windows/web-based systems with N-tier architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and at least two server technologies (application, database, messaging, or web)
  • Proven success in designing and implementing software components and subsystems
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Child Welfare systems is a strong plus
Tech Stack Exposure
  • .NET, Entity Framework, WCF, Angular
  • Agile methodologies
  • Collaborative design and development practices
