We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant with expertise in IT Service Process and Power Apps Development. The ideal candidate should have experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and a strong background in developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. The role requires evaluating IT controls, building custom components, and collaborating with various teams to support business transformation initiatives.

  • Evaluate IT controls against industry-standard frameworks (preventive, detective, and corrective)

  • Develop and customize solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

  • Build custom components using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF Controls)

  • Integrate external data sources and create external-facing solutions using Power Platform

  • Develop dashboards for control evaluation and IT service process improvements

  • Collaborate in agile environments to support IT service processes and transformation

  • Conduct data analysis, visualization, and presentation using tools like Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint

< data-start="1544" data-end="1587">Required Skills & Qualifications:</>

  • 7+ years of experience as a GRC consultant or UI Developer

  • 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

  • Expertise in building dashboards and evaluating IT controls

  • 5+ years of experience in the banking domain

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Experience with GRC systems, risk management tools, and software

  • Familiarity with external data integration and building external-facing solutions

  • Experience in agile or lightly structured product development environments

  • Self-driven with the ability to manage work inventory and escalate issues as needed
