Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 2 3 years working with Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, AKS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of payment systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Zelle, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, scripting (PowerShell or Python), and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for payment systems hosted on Azure.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Perform deployments and maintenance activities using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance reliability and performance.
- Maintain documentation of operational processes and provide on-call support as required.
